General Shipping

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days from order placement. All orders ship via USPS. UPS maybe used for larger orders.

Shortly after an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing the order. An email with tracking information will send, once the order ships. Please check junk folders, in case these emails are intercepted. 

Once your package leaves our facility USPS or UPS is responsible for its delivery. If packages are lost or delivered but not found, please contact USPS or UPS with your tracking number for assistance. Please also notify us and we may be able to assist.

International Shipping

Please contact us for order requests outside the USA. More often than not, we can accomodate requests.

Return & Exchange Policy

Flatline Ops Inc is consistently recognized for its customer service and we are committed to 100% user satisfaction. Any new or unused items are eligible for a full refund or exchange within 60 days of purchase. Purchases must be from, if you have purchased from another vendor, please contact them for their return instructions and policies. Shipping will not be refunded on returns. Items may be subject to a restocking fee.

If the item you received has a manufacturing defect, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible. 

If you experience a manufacturing issue with a Flatline Ops product, at any time and regardless of where it was purchased, please contact us directly.

Product Repairs

Accidents happen! If your Flatline Ops product is damaged due to dropping of a rifle, or something falls on it, etc. We are here to help! Flatline Ops has a full repair service for the lifetime of the product. There is no charge for the service labor, but there may be a cost for the parts. A cost estimate will be provided to you prior to the repair.
